pumpkin time

This past weekend Paige, our Mom, and I loaded up the boys and headed out to McLeod's Pumpkin Patch in McBee, SC.  Although the weather was almost unbearably hot, I did manage to snap some great pictures of the boys (and maybe I squeezed in time for some of their famous peach enchiladas w/ a whopping dollop of ice cream)....

there is an amazing breeze, soaked in saltiness.

the skies are blue, just a few perfectly placed cotton balls up there.

the sun is shining, bright.

the forecast said 90, but i'm chilling in the high 70's.

it could not be a more pleasant fall day.

thank you Earth for making such a perfect day.

thank you God for letting me experience it.

Warm & Fuzzy

Yes, Fall is upon us... and with it has come a refreshing cooler air, pumpkin patches, white-chocolate covered pretzels, deep burgundy & yellow leaves, my favorite long sleeved fuzzy sweaters, and the possibility of snuggling by the fire with my sweetie, tonight. These amazing cool breezes have swept a permanent smile across my face and scents of spiced candles are shining unbelievable warmth into my happy heart.
